How is my daily goal calculated? Your weight × 35 ml, rounded to 50 ml and kept between 1.5 and 4 litres. You can also set the goal by hand. It is a general estimate, not medical advice.

Reminders don't arrive. Check the reminder settings in the app and iPhone Settings → Notifications → Gulp Gulp Ahh. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and need no internet. Focus modes may hold them back.

My purchase didn't come back. Tap "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen, signed in with the same Apple ID. If it still fails, email us with your purchase date.

How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gulp Gulp Ahh. It ends at the close of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Where is my data? All your records stay on your device; we have no servers. Deleting the app deletes all data. Details: Privacy Policy.
