Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA. The terms below supplement it.

Purchases

Some bottles, worlds and themes can be bought as one-time in-app purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored with "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen.

Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

• Premium unlocks every bottle, world and theme, removes ads and opens detailed stats.
• Two periods are offered: monthly (1 month) and yearly (1 year). The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store, in your local currency, before you buy.
• The 7-day free trial is available only on the yearly plan, for eligible users who have not used a trial before.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends, if you have one).
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial); your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free version contains ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If you have a kidney, heart or other health condition, are pregnant, or have been told to limit fluids, set your intake with a healthcare professional.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Because your data is kept only on your device, it may be lost if the device is lost or the app is deleted.

We may update these terms; changes will be posted on this page.
